UPDATE: HB 623 was killed in Courts of Justice on 2/28, and HB 14 was killed in Senate Education 2/28. SB 652 has been replaced with a House substitute that is a MUCH better bill.
With only a couple weeks left in the session there are a few of good bills left that have passed the House and are awaiting action in the Senate. The Senate has passed a couple of somewhat weak bills that may get improved by the House. This is the time at the end of the session when citizens really need to weigh in.
