Previously deported illegal aliens may be arrested by state and local law enforcement. (Va Code 19.2-81.6)

Parole officers must inquire about immigration status and refer illegal alien parolees to ICE. (Va Code 19.2-294.2)

Illegal aliens may not qualify for in-state tuition rates. (Va Code 23-7.4)

Illegal aliens may not recieve drivers licenses, licenses, permits or other identification cards. (Va Code 46.2-328.1)

Jails must check immigration status of detainees. (Va Code 53.1-218)

Illegal aliens may not receive unemployment compensation (VA Code 60.2-617)

Illegal aliens may not receive public assistance. (Va Code 63.2-503.1)
